Death occurs everyday. Every person will die.  Despite this, death is still a great and
terrifying unknown. It is still embued with the mystical. It might
never be 'solved', we might escape death, even become imortal, but
still look too black holes, spacial bodies and rocks with the awed
thought to conceptualise us becoming like them- unthinking unconcious
– dead. Part of the matter which most of the rest of the univerce
is comprised of.

The first time I made a game, and finished it – I was in my last year at Goldsmiths. It was my final piece. It really came from nowhere. I had spent the previous year painting portrates of customers at a local barber shop. I gave away all the work I made to the people i painted, so when my tutor asked me to produce somthing for the final show, I felt like I had nothing.

I was reading the Tibetian Book of the Dead at the time, so I made a game about that, using Twine. Its called On Knowing The Signs of Death.

In the game you play a priest who comes to the house of a dieing woman. You have to work out how long she will live. This is the only real choice in the game.
